so, are you americanos feeling it down there? are there ignorant incedents where arab-americans are ruthlessly discriminated against simply for their origins/background? some of that is happening up here in canada and that's just terrible... an event like this really tests how multi-cultural a community really is and i think it's emerging that canada isn't nearly as tolerant as various champions would like to think it is.

i am particularly disturbed at the media manipulation going on... many of you have surely seen footage of celebrating palestinians... well this may come as no suprise to some of you, but at least once piece of footage they've been showing is -stock footage- from 1991 when iraq invaded kuwait.

anyhow, if i could send one message on the topic it would be this: be tolerant. don't hate arabs. why was the WTC destroyed? because of hate... hate begets hate, but you have to stop the cycle some time. i'm not saying love everyone... instead, i am saying treat everyone individually.
