My Pottery instructor collects saint cards (because he's nuts, not because he's catholic) and his favorite is St Dymphna, patroness of nutters.

Of course, those are more, ahem, spirit than saint.
I retain a certain fondness for St. Barbara, too: patroness of really sudden journeys -- hence of gunners. Probably EOD by now too.
