An unfortunate effect... unfortunately. Especially now that Jim is selling the wrong kind of car and can't just take it to work and switch them out.

I know it may be hard to believe, but I too have a few annoying traits. I've been told occasionally I can come off as overbearing, rude, or pretentious....even an asshole.

I consistently and fervently believe that I am the most fascinating person in any given room. Doesn't matter who else is in the room.

I tend to use big words and obscure references purely for their intimidation factor.

My farts smell vaugley of vinegar.

I talk too fast, and over other people.

I love burping loudly.

I ask my husband to rub my feet on a nearly constant basis.

Professional musicians fart? Next, you'll be telling me that TV stars use the bathroom.

Not sure if this helps you blend into the celeb culture there or not. Does this conflict with the likes of Dr. Phil?

I project myself as stupid and then react appallingly when people treat me as such.
I will ignore someone rather than engage in small talk.
I can be judgemental and intolerant.
I accuse others of doing the things I hate about myself.
I underestimate my competition, make no effort, and then get jealous when they win.
I am often absent-minded which can come across as uncaring, thoughtless, or downright rude.

I steal other people's food, pens, clothes and the beer they've been waiting for all day.

OH! I steal other people's food, too! I'm the one at work who digs into your personal stash! Actaully, I see a LOT of my bad traits represented up here on this board....hm.

Yeah, I was just thinking the same thing, how I see lot's of my own annoying little habits posted in this thread. I'm ALWAYS on the computer which drives my BF nuts. Maybe we all ended up down here in the cellar for a reason!

Yeah, I see some of my own annoying habits already posted here so I don't think I need to post them again.

I make strange reaction faces uncontrollably, unconciously, obnoxiously. I would not do well in a debate format split screen nor at a poker game.

I have a compulsion to peel things like labels and paint. Weeding is like that too, to distraction.

It seems to piss other people off that I know a lot of stuff.

I fully admit that most of it is useless trivia, or represents a surface understanding of a much deeper topic, but the impression that I seem to give is that I'm a know-it-all.

But I can back it up.

I do have a tendency to be condescending toward people. The reason for this varies from person to person, but the most typical would be "individual x is as dumb as a post."

I eat my hangnails off my fingers. To the point at which they bleed, and sometimes I ignore the bleeding.

I smoke...way too much.

I have to have the sheets on my bed in EXACTLY the right way. if they are messed up, I get pissed.

I refuse to eat eggs. They are just gross. Period.

I procrastinate very badly.

I don't like plastic cups...I only drink out of glass or ceramic. The smell drives me crazy. Styrofoam just "feels" wrong.

I have an unhealthy obsession with the color, aqua.

I never quite learned how to use a comma correctly, I just put one where I think there should be one.

my sentence structure is awfull and my handwriting is quite possibly worse

I tend to be painfully oblivious to some very very obvious things.. and overly aware of some very very obscure things

I'm too curious for my own good

I've got a bad 'thing' for readheads

I smoke (cigarettes) and drink too much

and I tend to piss off my neighbors by playing guitar too loudly at odd times
