After the past year's assault on, well, everything, it feels so good to get to a better place. And I'm having fun with my new hair, which is thick and fairly curly - totally different from before. Not red anymore

but at least it's not completely gray (which is apparently pretty usual after chemo - even for women in their 20s). I love being able to finger-comb it and walk out the door. Think I'll keep it.

Boring hair again, but am waiting for payday and then haircut and then will sort out.
As promised, a shot in my uniform. Approx 06.15 and reporting for duty on Deli.

The blurring at the bottom I'm pretty sure was the camera misting up from the heat of my hand. I'd just walked in and although it was rainy (torrential when I left work at 10.15) it was warm. I'm over my cold snap now - I think my body is conditioned to the toclafane just as I'm about to start hitting it with adipose. N'er mind. All making me betterer.
