Movie? Pasta? Is that part of your training regimen for the run of death?

Yes. I gotta de-stress, you know. But I workout this morning. Did Insanity, so I kinda did balance things a bit.

A friend is leaving town soon, so we went out for some Thai cuisine and a foot massage. Then we went for ice cream. The flavor is called mangonada....it is mango ice cream with mango chunks sprinkled with tamarind syrup and powder.

Hmm...let's see....

4 miles @ 13'34"/mi = 278 cal
3 miles @ 13'05'/mi = 214 cal.....

so I'm going to estimate it to be 15 miles?

Do you see the picture on the wall in the background? It's drawn by chalk on a blackboard. Cool, huh?

I was going to have only a sushi roll, but I was so hungry so I ordered a spicy ramen. Yummy but so full.

Not fish -- pork belly...eww...sounds nasty but tastes okay. not very good for cholesterol level because there's a thin layer of fat. meat very soft and tasty

black stuff -- seaweed

noodles -- that's bean sprout

??? next to noodles -- that's the noodle, ramen

tomato sauce and cheese -- nopes. that's the broth, yummy and spicy, don't know what it's made of. I couldn't tell the taste even after eating it. That's why I don't cook well. And even if I did have a vague idea, I forgot by now.

That looks gorgeous.

I often wonder "Where does she put it, she's always so slim?!" Then I remember the dreaded E word - exercise.

I have to get back to that after my parents come up. No point trying to establish a routine before, as we've already decided we're eating out the two nights they're here. Indian and Italian - and there will be tea shop pit stops to give Dads a rest too...

Oh nooo....I exercise so I would not gain weight. If I want to lose weight, I would have to stop eating all these yummy food.
