First round East is complete. Clearly the games have to be automated. I'm thinking about it.

Never even heard of Peanutbutter Bumpers.

Frosted miniwheats or whole foods oat flakes

Frosted miniwheats.

In a blowout.

They fit just right on the spoon, after all!

(wow. this is more exciting than it seems. I'm quite interested to see what happens in the much talked about corn chex/rice chex matchup. They have been long time rivals and there's a lot of bragging rights riding on that game!)

I will be most interested to see how this turns out - whether candy cereals (Fruit Loops, etc.) beat out healthy fiber-rich, whole grain varieties (Wheatena, Ralston, Oatmeal, etc.) I see Wheatena and Fruit Loops as a match. Anyone interested in suggesting odds?

Automated? Pfft. Just outsource it to somewhere in the Eastern Hemisphere.

Nobody play any more games until I fix the seeding, which I messed up. This is why this is a beta test.

Ok, it's fixed. I didn't have it set up properly... the first seed is supposed to meet the second seed at the end of the bracket, not the second round...

Next game is Cinnamon Toast Crunch vs Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter.

I too await the battle of the Chexes. This was an unintentional matching on behalf of the tournament committee.
