yes, still dieting....a bit. more to the point....i'm working out. I've got huge bulging pecs and powerful biceps now. I was checking myself out in the mirror at the gym just today. I'm still fat, but i'm MUCH more V shaped now. down to 275lbs from 3something, and feeling better every day. I've even had to put new holes in my belt. anyway....

Not sure if duvet is the same in the US as the UK - but yes it does have a cover, which was whipped off quickly enough that there was no seepage. I have my summer duvet on at the moment, it would have been twice as horrible if it had leaked into my feather duvet!

I'm still waiting to buy a new charger for my camera, us poor welfare scroungers you know - but as soon as I have one I'll get some more pics back on here.
