Spore: The Revolt Edition

I was all intending to buy a new PC just for Spore, until I realize that it's DRM is as bad as Sony's rootkit two years ago. Damn talking about spreading bad word!

When a lot of customers are actively giving much worse reviews online than the game magazines, that's usually bad news for the software company. After all, they are the most likely to buy Spore goodies and pay extra online. Sigh, might as well wait for Diablo 3.

By the way one of the best methods of copy protection is asking a question which could be answered only by reading from the manual packaged with the game, like in CIV3.

Oh shoot, no wonder the Spore's reported DRM is as bad as the Sony rootkit; SecuROM is made by Sony.
