Timezone issues

I only just joined this forum, and I mean just. I joined about 10 minutes ago, so it seems a little early to complain.
However, when I entered the timezone option, which I know for a fact is GMT +10 hrs (I live in Melbourne, Australia), the time on the screen in the forum is an hour later than it should be.
Okay, so this isn't a huge problem. I'll get by with the time being an hour out. I don't even know what day it is most of the time, so why should it matter?
Anyway, I did try to change my timezone to GMT +9, but when I submitted the changes, I just got taken to a blank screen, and couldn't seem to save the changes.

So, thanks for reading this post, and if any help can be given, I'd be greatful.

It's a great forum, so I do plan to stick around, even if the time is wrong.

I've set you up with the +9. Dunno why it was off, but you should be ok now.
