Warning, an initial dishwasher washing tells us that this mug is NOT dishwasher-safe. Hand warshing is recommended.
Goddammit you'd think they would have solved that problem in two years Maybe another vendor would be better |

S'okay for me - we don't have a dishwasher.
But I agree with the sentiment. Or is that sediment?

We've had good luck with shutterfly photo mugs going through the dishwasher intact. I'm not sure if it's applicable to this project. Different aspect ratio on the image.

So did my very cool Rumsfeld mug, but I don't know who manufactured them. I think the quick heat-transfer process just isn't stable. I suspect that there needs to be another layer of glaze over the image. I lost a really nice Hogwarts mug to the dishwasher that should have been made properly.

I'm just going to put my mug in the Cellar shrine I have already erected. Oh, does that make me weird?

Awesome mug. Be getting mine soon. Is the graphic noticeably larger on the 15 oz mug?

We ordered a photo mug with the kids' pictures for Mrs. Dallas' birthday several years back. It's survived numerous trips through the dishwasher with no apparent fading. (I'll have to dig up where we got it... like I said, several years.) |

I only have the 15oz, so... can't say
Y'know, other than the fading in the dishwarsher, it's a solid mug. They didn't go cheap on it, it's the real thing, it's what you want in a mug. It's got heft. edit: but I don't know what that means. I've got a massive load of heft but it's not a good thing. |

I can't wait until I live in my own house...
Someday, I'll have my own good hefty mug.
