OK, I'm getting mixed signals on this one. Do you like the song or not?

i woke up with 'Mother' by Danzig in me head this morning.

I'm not sick of it yet.

the video is funny. the guy looks kind of pissed off and cool for the first minute or so, and then the camera pans back, and you see his hair. yutz/ fonzie/ jayleno chin.

the chicks seem perplexed by him, too.

Either the folks from the Shoe comic strips read The Cellar, or this is some serious synchronicity.

Today's strip

WOW, dar! Synchronicity indeed! That is spooky.

Fortunately, after spending hours at the cheer competition Sunday, Davy Jones has been replaced by Rihanna's Disturbia.

New doc for the commitment office at work.

I was sitting at the desk right in front of his.

Bastard spent a half-hour humming "Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho."

Even singing the Pina Colada Song to myself wouldn't get rid of it all shift.

The last two weeks have been various numbers from Pirates of Penzance. Upon waking. Like at 0430. Occasionally other times through the day. And mostly numbers I wasn't singing in during our production that wrapped Oct. 19.

Good thing I like them, ain't it?

"Life in a Northern Town" by Dream Academy. Thanks a lot - I was fine until I read the title of this thread...

I was going to post that kids songs from NOGGIN are trapped in my head. But now it's "Life in a Northern Town"! Great.

I have a song stuck in my head, but no matter how many times it cycles I still cannot understand all the words. And there's no volume control, so it was there/not there. I finally had to look it up.

Presenting my earworm, One Night in Bangkok.

"Hey Ya" by Outkast. I know from previous experience that once that refrain gets in my head, it'll refuse to leave for at least a couple of days.

"Hey-ey yaaaaaaaa (doo-doo-doo-doo-doo)...hey yaaaaaaaaa...."

sigh.
