It has happened on more than one occasion. I would say at least like 4 or 5 times where i have been asked straight up to hook up but they didnt know i was married. Till i showed the ring and said that i was and they left me alone after that.

Why are you not reporting this to HR??? If you are being harrassed. Did you say something in writing that could back fire on you if you did?

If your concious is clean... I'd take those e-mail including the treats directly to HR.

I didnt say anything to screw myself over at all. But i think i will have no other choice but to go to HR. The emails have stopped coming in from her so far. But i dont know if i should wait till she gets all crazy on me again and then go to HR or if i should just go today and let HR see whats going on.

Take them to HR, and tell them that you don't want to do anything right now, but if something happens, this is the reason.

OK just got back from HR and they are saying that for now it is ok if i choose to wait for another email to take action since i have not recieved any other emails. But now they have to check my outlook through It to make sure that i wasnt falsely accusing her since she is a senior manager and thats cool cause i am clean i havent sent anything to her besides what i showed them. They asked me if i wanted to file for harrassment and i said no not at the moment but if it keeps up i will. Now I have to wait till they go through my outlook to make sure im not trying to falsely accuse her and then if it happens again. They will be sitting down with her so that they can talk to her and see what action they will take. Freaking crazy!!!

I don't see this going in a positive direction. I would have spoken to the head of HR privately and told him/her (hopefully not friends with said woman) that I want you to be aware, but that I do NOT want you to talk to her just yet. I think its handled privately, yet I am covering my ass, just in case someone tries to rewrite history. Oh well, good luck.

Well it was just me and the HR manager whom i get along with pretty well and i have known for a while now. Sorry for saying they it was a bad choice of words.I told him i was clean and didnt send anythng inappropriate or anything like that. And he wants to make sure i am covered in case it does come down to the point where it will need to be taken to the next level. He will talk to her only once i have decided to file he just wanted to have everything ready that might be needed later on i guess. But i still kept the emails saved and in another email account just in case....But thanks it looks like i might be needing luck on my side now. man this sucks......
