Incidentally, it seems that the director admitted to being the driver, and it wasn't really a Ferrari, but his own Mercedes, though with Ferrari sounds dubbed over. (You can tell the soundtrack is edited together if you listen carefully.) Also, here's an interesting analysis of speed.

I didn't watch this through to the end, but I saw enough of it to know that it is the same film that my brother in law brought home from the library back in the early 80's on a 16mm film. At the end, the driver gets out of the car and goes up to meet a girl (apparently, that was tossed in to give the appearance that there had been a reason for the hot ass driving through Paree, and end the film with a little giggle). Did that occur in the linked version?

Paris vid==way cool.

Here are a few links of other vehicular mayhem. Warning. They're fascinating to watch and all, but heavy. People die. Or if not die, then are maimed. Or at least soil themselves. But I think some die. I practically soiled myself watching.

Crash Compilation #1

Crash Compilation #2

Crash Compilation #3 (warning: Crazy Frog0

Crash Compilation #4 (same warning)

Actually, there are tons of these videos. zomg.

my favorite of all of em was in the 4th compilation (i hate that frog though), where the bicyclist tried to push the other one over. They both fell, and then one of the bystanders pwned the pusher.

Anyone who stands along the side of the road during a rally is just asking to be killed.

Oh somewhere i saw a crash compilation video with a guy ona dirtbike flying up a ramp, at the apogee of his flight he kicks his legs back, tucks them in again and lands inside his van which was parked next to his landing ramp. You see the van lurch forward a bit.

I can't remember which of the 8 trillion video sites it was on.
