Malware
The ADA American Dental Association decided to send out the 2016 CDT Dental procedure codes to their 37,000+ members on a flash drive. So they gave the job to a supplier who sent the job to China. Yup, loaded with Malware allowing nogoodniks to take control of the dentists computers, and glean every patient's personal information.

Wasn't it Caterpillar who sent manufacturing of their newest hi tech proprietary designs to China so they could save some $ and then whined like little punks when China stole their tech, made knock-offs, and undercut them? Seriously, what the fuck do they think is going to happen? 99% of Chinese factories give the rest a bad name.
