Clod - That is my next step. I don't think the dressing was enough. I am going to add some today at lunch and see if it helps.

Did you trip and eat asphalt or something?

PS - Yes - the mayo helped immensely. It's still weird just eating it with a fork

Brown rice and cooked veg.
Repeat ad infinitum after Zoloft reset my migraine trigger level to 'hair' and everything except breathing sets one off. Hoping, after getting off the damned stuff, that things reset to 'normal' at some point. In the meantime I'm losing weight so yay, I guess. Brown rice, cooked veg. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I've been eating very badly, interspersed with not eating at all.
Today I ate properly.

Not worth different threads, but Swiss-style muesli (which I usually have with water as it already has milk-powder in it) with skimmed milk for breakfast.
Bagel with reduced fat mature cheddar and an apple for lunch.
This meant I took all my meds after eating - which helps with their efficacy.

Okay, I may have SlimFast for tea, but only because it's easy and has the vitamins in it etc.

Hell no, the salad is just to appease the people judging my selections, then when they're not looking I grab two desserts.

I can't eat for shit anymore.

I tried to have Shakespeare's Pizza for lunch yesterday...a Columbia, Missouri tradition. Now granted, I had gastric bypass a few months back, so the amount of food I can eat is radically reduced. What this means in many cases is that a meal that your kid might eat will last me 2 or 3 meals now.

But what I am discovering is that my body rejects food that it finds to be...too much. Fast food is pretty much out of the question. Of course, this is fine with me, because we know most fast food is shit anyway. But even something that can be less shitty like pizza tends to be a no-go. I'm not sure if it's the fat content in the meat and cheese or the carbs or what. I also still have issues with eating too fast, which can REALLY fuck with you if you've had a bypass.

Having said all this, I've found simpler cravings these days...I can make a mean salad.

The Mrs made dirty rice over the weekend, so I partook in some of that a bit ago...it was quite good.

Thanks Grav - it was good. I have one more serving of it. I was going to eat it today, but had to rearrange things since I ran out of milk for my afternoon shake. So, today is chicken lo mein with extra chicken
