Geez, can a girl take a day off?
 Yeah, I was a 'kid' when the legislation went thru here in IA regarding the tax stamp on drugs, with much the same reactions as have been posted here. Bottom line, one more way to squeeze a few more bucks out of the possesor when caught, and I think add to their sentance if jail time is given. Don't have the time today to look up details, but Bruce and Merc did a good job regarding other states. Oh, and Beestie,
