Brothers and Sisters-

Over the past weeks, we've all been gratified to see the effort UT has been putting forth in an attempt to increase membership in our little community. And, if you've been keeping an eye on the "Currently Active Users" bar at the bottom of the main page, you know that it's been working.

"That's great, HB," you say. "But what can I do to help? How can I help spread the word?"

I've cobbled together a couple of images that you can post on your website to link back to the Cellar. It's easy and it's fun! C'mon! Give up a little bandwidth for the Cellar, and get those inbound links up today!

You know, you always read this thing about a certain (large) number of monkeys armed with typewriters, and how long they would take to type up some Shakespeare. But I notice we only have 3 monkeys and 3 typewriters on the Cellar home page..... and now we are down to one of each on the banner!! Let's not sell ourselves short. We don't want to give the wrong impression to visitors about the caliber of our postings. (I'm thinking maybe 9 or 10 monkeys could duplicate my cellar postings, tho I admit 1 or 2 would probably be OK for some of the stuff I write at work.

Don't forget that another great way to get people here (if you don't run any type of high-profile site that may be giving off banner impressions) is to donate (link at the bottom of the page - click the PayPal logo). You can send in however much you want. Tony hasn't put a recommended donation, but I personally would go with $25 - that's enough to buy another classified on Fark, and that seems to be getting some decent people here. So yeah. There's always that too

Don't feel bad if you can't do $25 though - $3 or $10 is just as good
