convert pdf?
I have a PDF picture that I want to convert to just a regular old picture to post here on the Cellar.
The reason it's a PDF is because I scanned on the copier here at work and emailed it to myself and that's how it came in. Is there a way to convert that to something I can post here? jpg or whatever? Sorry if this is a dum question. But I am the dum. I can't think beyond 8 or 9 things at a time anymore. Nothing exciting, just something funny to waste a few minutes. Thanks! |

I think this line's mostly filler.

There are probably applications that will do it directly, but you could take a screenshot after opening it in a PDF viewer.
Select the PDF viewer window, then press ALT-PrntScrn Open Paint, and paste. Then you can select the bit you want and crop it, and save it as an image.

The easiest thing I can think of is to pull it up, get your cursor out of the way, hit the "print screen" button, and then open whatever picture viewer program you have, and use control-v to paste it into that program. But you have to save it with an amusing title for lols.

Ahh yes, that makes sense! I always try to overthink things...and miss the entirely simple solutions.
Thanks! I'm glad one of the monkeys is smart. 'Til tomorrow, I'm off for a doc appt today... In the meantime I'll be thinking of amusing titles. |
