If Hot Fuzz was still on I'd go and see it a third time... Spoilsports at Odeon think it's too old though

I just got to work. I called earlier and said I overslept, must have hit the off button on my clock rather than the snooze. Well, I did oversleep, on purpose.

I'll go into whichever starts first that still has a single seat available. I should be okay at 18.00 on a Friday - most people will go later. Pref Pirates or 28 Weeks - I find the Spiderman films too depressing (superpowers and your life still sucks? What hope for me?)

How bout you? You probably have more films available - we're usually months behind you!

We saw Pirates last night - very good - some odd twists

The spouse & son saw 28 weeks - said it sucked - they liked the first one though

I saw Pirates! Enjoyed it enormously. I'm not always happy in the cinema - I tend to save films I think I'll enjoy for dvd. But this was a perfect cinema film, loud, visually exciting and not too much complicated dialogue for me to miss. And funny.

That's very risky! So many pages have misspellings in them that you can sometimes get hits even if it's spelled wrong.

Sometimes I want to leave. As in just, leave. Go somewhere else. Like on the other side of the world. Never to see or be seen by any person I know now.

Sometimes I want to leave
Never again, for me to grieve
Alone I can wear my heart on my sleeve
It's all done for me and I want to believe

That I would not miss them, not for long
I'd use the free time and write a new song
I'm sure they would miss seeing me in my thong
Especially my wife, who'd be starving for dong.

So, I'll stay underneath the weight of my Id
That holds me inside the the box and amid
The circles and lines and inside bottled lid
The comfortable house with two wives and a kid.

err......two kids and a wife. fucking rhymes.
