Comfy Where You Are?

I am in bed right now, with the laptop propped against my knees
I could be more comfortable - I'm still on the futon so it means no headboard to lean against, my pillows are propped against the wall.

But I'm on my own tonight, so I am nekkid and the bedroom door is WIDE open, meaning the cats can come & go as they please. Of course sod's law says that they both want to be under the duvet because of this.

So far in here it's me, the two boys, my two skinned knees, my set of Dresden Files books from the library (as recommended by Cloud, Wolf, Nightsong)... and the whole of the Cellar. That sounds a bit crowded!

How are you?

At work. Post a picture to cheer me up. Please?

No! Photos are currently for the purpose of my self-flagellation, nothing more.
I promise to post another one after my first month at the gym though.

I'm sitting in a 16 X 12 room with bright white walls and intense UV lighting. I have just caught up on everything i could do, scanned the 'This is John Galt Speaking' speech from Atlas Shrugged. for something i was hoping to read as motivation. Couldn't find it.

Ayn Rand as motivation!

Hey, have you seen the Fountainhead screen adaptation, screenplay by Ayn Rand, starring Gary Cooper?

It's always a good idea to have reading material when you're in the bathroom that long.

It's "morning" now for me..just got out of bed to talk with bf for a few hours before work...in my pj boxers and bra..curled up on my chair with a little blankie over me. My room stays pretty dark because the windows are small and very high up...next to the overhanging roof. I don't mind though cause of my odd sleeping habits. Just sorta enjoying the darkness waking up slowly.

Good day so far.

er . . . not particularly. I'm at work. And I'm wearing pantyhose, so 'nuff said.

Have fun with The Other Wizard Harry, SG!

I'm still wearing my pajamas, sitting on my bed and propped by pillows--so yeah, I'm really comfy. I've just enjoyed a couple of mini-cupcakes, chocolate with vanilla icing, baked yesterday by MonkeyBoy (he also made a corned beef, which I had a little of for breakfast, with red potatoes). Bosco the cat is chillin' out at the foot of the bed, on top of today's newspaper. I should get up and get dressed soon, so we're not late to see Trade, showing around the corner at the Ritz theater.

I'm alternating between couch and desk at moment, so kind of comfy.
