Buck Crosslock (smooth blade)
Brass Zippo
Winchester Stockman
Money clip (with scissors, knife, file, "can opener") and about $20, with plenty of ones for allowance
Ace comb
Wallet (no money, id, pictures, 2*1Gb usb drives, prox card, credit card, etc)
change that flows like the tide, in and out.
Leatherman SuperTool (technically on my belt and not in a pocket, but if you made me choose, I'd surrender the pockets to have the leatherman. ...my cold dead fingers and all that)

Coat:
BlackBerry 7290 with holster
Maglite Solitaire
Victorinox Signature (knife, scissors, file/screwdriver, pen, tweezers)
Car / house keys

Right rear pocket:
Wallet

Shirt pocket:
SmartTrip card (a mass transit fare card that will die if I put it in my wallet.)

If it's sunny out, I'll have sunglasses with me somewhere too. Today they are in a jacket pocket.
