You just need a snow shovel and a roll-off container.

ftfy

(You know I think ftfy should be shoved in someone's ass, but this nicely illustrates when ftfy could be used for (MY) good, not some mamby pamby evil.)

I think cake and lemon garlic chicken wrapped in bacon allows you leeway in cleaning the house. One or the other - they can't have both!

I will also require this service on Saturday.
The 'rents come home on Sunday.
Presently the place looks like I've invited in the local hobo population and not killed them.

Why do I always do this?
I know a pointy reckoning will come.
And I hate living in an untidy space.

The almost sexual thrill of procrastination I think.

yeah that worked. That's the premise I operate on.

I literally brushed everything on the kitchen floor (nerf guns, sneakers, whatever... down the step into the living room and we pretended the rest of the house didn't exist! You can pretend this isn't true if you don't want to believe I am such a terrible slob.

Why did I not have time even to pick up this shit? because I'm a perfectionist, and if I do a job, I do it perfectly...and if I don't have time/willing for that, I don't do it at all. So most stuff doesn't get done. But I decided to wash up everything that didn't fit in the dishwasher. I didn't really have time for the consequences of that decision.

btw this is why I love the cellar..... I can be imperfect here and be OK with that..... it's about the only place in my life that works....

Man, I wish I lived near you. Friends come over in the middle of the day and you cook them whole meals including dessert? I'm so jealous.
