update

the puppy didn't make it.

We will bury him in the yard in the morning.

The poor little guy barely had a chance at life, now he's gone. His mother is very anxious and is looking all over for him. She misses him as much as Mary and I do.

He was her sister's favorite too. I do NOT look forward to telling her...she will go into hysterics, I'm sure.

No sleep for ME tonight.

That's the poor little fella in the first picture in post #580.

We all miss him. He was the cutest of the litter and his favorite sleeping position was always on his back.

Puppies started walking two days ago...well, one anyway. The other is much larger and is still crawling, sluglike, along. It should be walking in a few more days though.

I have video for awwww factor but cannot get it off my camera and onto YouTube.

Stand by....

I heart Pilau. Pilau is sweeet! Dana will have to tell Pilau that he's a, sweet doggy, for me.

I am looking at a puppy that is turning three weeks old on Sunday. I'm trying not to get my hopes up. My ladlord said no puppies, only dogs older than 4 months. My husband is going to talk to her today about it and maybe sweeten her to the idea. We have decided on one and all she has to do is say yes! (Then we have to wait weeks to pick her up)

Of course, Brian's story has scared the hell out of me now. I'm sorry for your loss Brian! How sad for you guys.

Well, we are going to "critters and me" to do some preliminary shopping. (not getting our hopes up of course) Gotta goo!

Pilau likes you Cic. You sound to him like the kind of person who'd give him sausages.

Hahaha. Oh dear, poor Pilau. The nose-biting, the ritual humiliation, the paucity of sausages.....no wonder he's mad:P

Cicero...why should that story scare you? Just don't drop the little critter.

If it's a puppy you want, I have two cuties to give away!

Five weeks old on Monday, ready about Labor Day. Interested? You can visit them and their mother if you like...

Brian
