I went home for lunch and had home made thick pork chops, soup, and rice my wife cooked for me, and it was damn good.

sushi from buffet = BAD - most don't have the equipment to keep it at the proper temperature = BACTERIA BREEDING GROUNDS. (P.S. - sushi at a Chinese restaurant? I though Sushi was Japanese......but whaddo I know.....)

The Chinese buffet restauraunt I sometimes go to has everything from your standard American Chinese fare to lasagna, salmon, sushi, ribs, crab legs, roast chicken, soft serve ice cream, and all sorts of random stuff.
