Thanks, Classic! I actually was feeling rather guilty for not exercising. You made me feel a bit better about myself.

It's 30 more minutes than I jogged!

You can DO it, Lola!

Thanks, Infinite. I've been feeling very discouraged.

Hey, whatever Lola wants, Lola gets.

So get on out there and get it! I'm counting on you for inspiration.

Seriously, I'm sure there are ebbs and tides in an exercise regime. If you get discouraged you might quit altogether (or maybe that's just my personality.)

Just keep going.

Is there a different exercise you could do instead of jogging, just to refresh your enthusiasm? Or is that the bit you enjoy?

WEEK 6 DAY 7

Hmm....jogged and walked...uh....30 mins? I don't remember, it's something like that. Okay, I think my body has revitalized some, although my ankle is hurting now, and rebooted my spirit...(not really, but I don't believe in moping around). I will be cheerful by tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

WEEK 7 DAY 2

Plyometrics

Thanks Monster, Infinite, and Classic for reading my thread and encouraging me. I was going to respond to y'all but I just found out my uncle may die anytime. He had a stroke two days ago and had shown signs of improvement. But now, he's bleeding in the brain, and the doctor doesn't think it looks good. He's living in Vietnam, and I don't know how good the doctors are over there. He's the only one of my mom's sibling who's a very good and decent person. That's not easy for anyone living with the communist for 30 something years. The commie corrupt everyone. Anyways, a bit sad so I'm going to bed.

Ugh.

The very best wishes to your uncle, and to all good and decent people everywhere.
