If Infinite monkey is taking a vacation, it's a loooong one.

She's missed, too.

Mercs fine, he seems to be taking a sabbatical from the cellar.

I've seen a few posts from Lola on FB recently.

I know other people have flagged her absence in this thread, but I need Infi back, stat.
It might be the summer holidays but she's been gone for ages now.

I reckon she's come into some money and left us.

You can, I don't mind.

Thanks for the thoughts y'all. I've been working really hard and trying to keep my mind on navigating my job. It has gotten out of hand crazy and I don't expect anything to happen until fall semester (just converted from quarters) starts. And dealing with some minor but could turn major health issues. Everything is fine, I think I'm growing up or some damn shit, at going on 48.

Still reading though. I have some issues with some things here that I am working on: is it me and what am I expecting? Or are there just some real differences and I should just back away?

Being honest as always, and appreciating my emeritus status (as ut one said) and working through my muddled brain.

Infi! Yey! You're alive!

Hope the health stuff doesn't turn serious. And on no account is backing away from the cellar in any way a good idea *smiles*

Yeah, high blood pressure and perimenopause. Do. Not. Mix.

Both entirely under control now. I feel pretty good. I keep remembering there could be the letdown phase but I think the progesterone has done the trick. BP was just pure stress.

TMI?

Thanks!
