yes, I meant vacation souvenir, but it sounds silly to my British ears and it was so mindboggling translating it from the Spanish (which is "strawdonqui", for those who fancy a try at being bilingual)

PS - you know perfectly well what Monster means by holiday
Ohhh...vacation! I seriously didn't even think of that.

Haven't been on one for a long time, but I always liked to pick up a bracelet of some kind. I love bracelets (I wear the green one you sent all the time!)

My apologies to Shawnee btw - it perhaps wasn't at all obvious what was meant (ETA as per above, it wasn't obvious!)
Monster, good job you're not part of my family, or you'd have had to translate from the Spanish ropiboos....

Oh silly, no apology needed!

My head is a bit spinny today...still tying up loose ends, and talking to everyone I run into. That beer at my going away party tonight is going to taste sooooo good!

Of course the Inquisitors initially used the olde Spanishe "Crapdelacostadelsol", but changed it after seeing the puzzled look on my face. I didn't tell them that came from seeing a live ostrich peeping out of their toolbox.
