Going to New York for a day...

On a school field trip, Never been there but I will have 2 hours to walk around and do what ever I want. I know I want to visit Ground Zero, and I will be going to Rockafella(sp?) Plaze, Seeing the Rockette, and the Statue of Liberty. So other then those places, Any thing else of interest?

How far away is Ground Zero from the places I have mentioned?

Ground Zero is a short ride south on the 1 train (10-15 minutes, I think) from near Rockefeller Center/Radio City. It's a short walk or ride north from Battery Park (the ferry terminal).

The Empire State Building and Times Square are not far from Rockefeller Center, IIRC.
