Cross your fingers!

I just submitted an application for a job that I REALLY want with a company that looks fantastic on paper (well, online really).

I am also slightly freaking out Thinking ahead, if I get this job, it will mean a HUGE move from NC to Wisconsin!! I am sitting here with my heater on at work and I am thinking about moving to a place where the average temp is 20 lower at this particular time. Plus, I will know no one AGAIN!

If I don't get the job, then I will just be depressed and sad. I think I have a pretty decent chance since they are the ones that contacted me through monster....right? RIGHT?!?

ok.....need to breathe now.....whew!

We've been in Chicago for quite a while now. You do adapt after a bit.

Thanks everyone. I think I hate the waiting the most. I am getting myself pumped up like I usually do, then I end up not even getting the job.

But this is by far the best place I have looked at in terms of job description, working environment and benefits, so I am doubly working myself into a frenzy waiting.

Many people self medicate to combat that, but that can have serious repercussions, so I recommend masturbation.

Gravdigr - Already have. Thyroid problems. Plus, the office can get down to 68 degrees in my cubicle. Had to pull out the med issue to even be considered for a heater.

bruce - I don't have it quite yet! Don't want to risk that.

monster - thank you for this wonderful opportunity. Please do all in your power to make sure they hire me

Update - just got the automated email from them saying they got my application.
