Unless you count Munich for 2005. Which was when it was released...

I still haven't seen it but I plan to as soon as classes start again and I have to find something to do while cutting.

On that note of films that don't deserve a nod, Serenity was probably my favorite film of the year, even though it certainly wasn't the best.

I haven't seen it myself yet, but my husband says that The Constant Gardener is one of the best movies he's ever seen.
