Pistachio Pineapple Dessert

I gave this a go other day. It's good.
.Ingredients
2 cups shortbread cookie crumbs (about 30 cookies) or vanilla wafer crumbs (about 50 wafers)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle BrandŽ Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup lime juice
1 (4-serving size) package instant pistachio flavor pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup (1/2 pt.) heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
HEAT oven to 350°F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly into bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan or 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
BEAT cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and pudding mix until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan.
CHILL 6 hours or overnight. Garnish as desired.
Artisan hand crafted by BB

I used a redi crust from the Elves. Just crumbled & pressed into springform pan.
Fresh lime juice would be way better than old I had in fridg.
Had an old fart monment when mixing the ingredients. WhereTF the butter go?
Ahh, was to be used in crust.

By the way, the first time I read this I thought you meant you had a fart moment, you know, where you passed gas.

Posted for da Bunny. Yeah it's good. Trying to cut back on my eating, and salt. BTW.
Was using the bowl in back, now the 1 with spoon. It's 1/2 size of other one.

Thank you, good sir! I copied and pasted your recipe and picture to file away into my recipe folder. Maybe I'll try this rather than my typical cookies and chocolate the next time a gathering or party comes up.
