T'would be worth the trip. Most people don't realize that there's so much more to Louisiana than New Orleans and Mardi Gras. It's a beautiful state....good food, good people. Justin Wilson was fond of quoting his mother as having said, "When God made Louisiana, he must have been laughin'."

As I heard the story, Justin was a saftey man for Humble Oil and told the jokes to keep folks awake in meetings. Not a coonass. He lived in Denham Springs. LA. Yep, He was right about the food and folks. IMHO.

For Sure. I mean we furriners find Nebraska exotic, so I'm in no way shunning Louisiana, just ain't got there yet.

I guess my last post didn't make it. I have traveled this past year to Haiti twice, Puerto Rico and Cancun, and have a trip booked for September to Aruba.

James,
why did you join the Cellar? Are you just hoping to drive traffic to your yahoo group? Or did you want to join this community? I see you also promote CDs.

When you register, you click on a link that says you agree to the following:
Quote:
If you post a link on your first post, expect your message to disappear, and your account to be banned. If you post a message that looks like a pitch in any way, expect your message to disappear. If you post a "real" message on your first post, and a pitch message on your second, expect both messages to disappear. We are extremely effective at this, and we are paying attention.
It doesn't matter if you "really aren't" spamming. We will kick you and your message off either way. We just can't take a chance. Sorry.

And by the way, every single user who has ever posted a link on their second post, and then said "I'm not spamming" was in fact spamming. If you're here five days from now we will be very surprised.
