Erectile Dysfunction?
Yeah this might be a sensitive subject but what do you guys do to stay on the "up and up". Seems like when you hit 50 everything starts to fail on you. Do any of you guys out there get the occasional erectile dysfunction? What do you do about it? Natural herbs, diet, exercise? Or has anyone ever tried Levitra or Viagra? Did a search but to much medical blah blah blah, in plain English what do you do to stay on top of the game?

I'm not there yet. Hopefully never will be. But I understand that it's one of those things like everything else. If you eat right, and exercise, you go a long way toward staying healthy in that area too. It's all vascular. You want your blood vessels to be in good shape. That means aerobic exercise. And cut down on alcohol and don't smoke.
If you eat healthy foods, and are getting a lot of exercise, and still have troubles, you should go see your doctor. |

Yeah good point on the exercise. I should start taking a jog everyday to get my blood flowing, plus cutting down on the daily beer drinking might help as well? Have always thought of asking my doctor for some samples of viagra or something but and way to embarrassed to ask him, he has known me forever. Anyone know any good online resources ?

I have the opposite problem. A breeze blows in Bora Bora and I get hard. What I need is Viagra Falls.

My DH swears that it's just a matter of exercising often.
