Gilroy the Ghost

I have been looking for a Gilroy the Ghost finger puppet as a gift for quite a while and I'm coming up empty. Any ideas?

It was made by Avon, 1977-78, it held a little chapstick lip balm.

Looks like you can buy one here.

That ice cream cone lip balm takes me back, as does the orange glace.
