Oh yes indeed. I accidentally taught my kids to repeat "[punchline,] CORAL!" when their joke doesn't initially get a laugh. They have no idea why it's funny, but it always freaking makes us laugh.

That's excellent.

FINALLY I realized I had some TWD friends IRL! I hung out with two of my g-friends last night (they're sisters, both really fun and funny...monster you met one of them) and we realized we all love TWD and then it was on...talking about who we like and don't and sharing memes and I told them about the 'bad lip-reading' stuff on youtube.

Gonna meet up with them and the rest of the gang today to see Dumb and Dumber To. This is not something I would normally go see at the movies but it'll be really fun with them. Then we might go back to 'the cockpit' (which is the mancave above the garage of Friend 1 and her fella, and play some 'left right center.'

(Yeah, I'm excited. I get tired of my reclusive ways.)

Anyhoo, more TWD memes:

the wife just asked me the other day if we should be watching TWD. I guess it might be time to join the party.

Nooooo, don't stop. I am loving these. I'd go look for some myself, but then I'd lose the rest of the weekend and I have too much of this fucking mountain left to climb:p

Yes. The answer is yes, you should.

The first 2-3 episodes are all abot introducing the apocalypse and the main players. It's great - and beautifully done, but the series doesn't really start to step out into something truly marvellous until around eps 4/5.

First series, the zombies are a major factor - lot of scary stuff - mucho gruesome - and lot of tension as the people try to survive them. After that the zombies fade back a little - they're still scary and deadly, but they're more like the environment now, rather than the horror - and it becomes much more about people and the choices they make as they try to survive in that environment.

Damn it just occurred to me - glatt and Mrs glatt might watch this show - they gonna get to this scene and be like 'coral!!! lol'- which is a shame since it's one of the most gut punching emotional scenes I've ever seen on tv :P
