haven't seen the movie; have no idea what this means. I don't have any buckets.

Oh, wait, yes I do, if you count those white plastic paint can things. Do those qualify? don't really think I need a list for 'em, though . . .

This is a good starting point for those of you whom are distracted from your mission in life:

"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects."in TIme Enough for Love

The review you linked us to, absolutely slates this film. It's about as destructive a review as I have ever read. It seems to see no saving graces in it whatsoever.

I am quite happy to retain an open mind and watch it anyway (God knows I've seen some of my favourite movies thus slated:P) I am curious though, as to what it was that worked about the film, for you. Why did you like it?

1) see my kids finish their schooling
2) see my kids get married, if that's what they want
3) see my kids have kids of their own, if that's what they want

hopefully in that order.

I've done a lot in my life, and I'm not itching to do any specific things. Just generally enjoy life with my family.

2) See grandchildren at least 20 years from now.
3) Watch Arsenal defeat Manchester United in Emirates Stadium.

Well, I guess it just seemed like such a cool idea. Two total strangers, one somewhat common man teams up with an extremely wealthy man and they go off to finish life with a bang. We should all be so lucky. The acting was fantastic, IMHO.
