Do they have other font options they could give you?
I like the first one the best out of those choices. "Supply House" would work well in the same font right underneath (a different one might look too busy and awkward). If they take the swishy thing off, maybe they could move the pen and book so they overlap, with a "highlight" on the pen. |

I really don't mind the swishy thing -it's not obvious why it's there/what it is, but it sort of holds the pen up and implies action.

The roof needs to be bigger, to cover more of the Homeschool, like in the original. I agree Supply house must be added, or it really loses the point. I'm ignoring colors at the moment...I also like the thicker fonts for homeschool, and a thinner one possibly for supply house when it's added, since the font will be smaller.

I agree about the roof. Other than that I like 2.

The newest revisions are up now. Some with a pencil, and with different fonts, and with "supply house" added.
I'm very close now. Check these out and let me know what you think. And remember, please do not click on the submit button when you visit this link. http://www.logobee.com/view/homeschool

I vote for #6! Overall I prefer the pencil and the skinnier font, and the color scheme on #6 seems more professional to me.

The bold serif font in #1 and #2 seems too institutional...I like #3 the best, though "Homeschool" might look better a little larger.

I think we've got the logo now, I just need to find a good color scheme that will look good on a website

I'm really leaning towards these 2....
The top one is a little on the boring side, but might look good on a website. If the colors are too bright they tend to hurt the eyes. Also the top colors remind me of a tree, and for some reason this works good with a school. A tree brings to mind ancient wisdom. I second one is good too because the colors are strong and they remind me of water. I think they'd probably look good on a website too. What do you guys think between these 2?

It would cost too much to print and I want to come up with a webpage that has matching colors.
