I sleep much better when I am working out regularly. I do notice a difference when using my phone right before bed and the ease at which I fall asleep.

Also, my daily meds (metformin most notably) are a must to shut off the neverending brain talks. If I don't take it for 2 nights, I'm not sleeping well that night at all.

I really can't gauge my tiredness. With all my health issues, I've always been tired. It took a doctor to tell me that being tired at 8-9pm was normal when getting up at 5:30 to go to the gym 3 times a week. Who knew?

My buddy rarely makes it past 8 PM, but he's up at between 4 and 5 AM every morning. He's been doing it for years and now it's his rhythm.
