First, I want everyone for your kind words. My cousins moved my uncle into Saigon and admitted into a hospital that specializes the brain. He had one surgery and awaiting on the second one.

WEEK 7 DAY 3

Back & biceps and ab ripper.

WEEK 7 DAY 4

15 mins of jog and yoga

I decided to do weigh in at the beginning of a new phase rather than every 2 weeks like before because I show no change. Here are my numbers from Tuesday:

weight: 100.8 lbs.
waist: 28
hip: 33
thigh: 20 1/4

To answer Infinite: I was discouraged, and that is why I exercised less. I would quit altogether except it would be too embarrassing to do that after I hijacked Perry Winkle's thread and announced that I'll be doing the program. But by slacking, I'm less tired and feel stronger. I think I overworked my body. I am over that obstacle.

To answer Monster: I do enjoy jogging. It's the part where I get out of the 4 walls, away from home, and my complaining, nagging family and have time for myself. I think if I don't have that time, I would go nuts. But sadly, I have to cut down on my jogging these days. My ankle was starting to hurt. Then my left heel hurt, then both heels hurt. So yeah, I'm reducing that. But the reason why I hardly jogged this past week is because I can't seem to wake up at 5:30 anymore. I just want to sleep. My heart has been feeling better. I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore. I don't get anxiety dreams. So, sleep is nice.

Oh yeah, just want to let y'all know. Although the numbers are a bit discouraging, I've been told that both my body and face look slimmer. Someone commented that my stomach doesn't bulge out anymore. My sister thinks I look thinner too. So, I won't be giving up anytime soon.

Mercenary: Thanks. As for the hot pix, I can do that now. Not sure how y'all would feel about pix of my hot and sweaty self though. It's rather gross really since I perspire easily.

WEEK 7 DAY 6

I jogged perhaps for 15 mins or so when my mp3 ran out of battery so I stopped. I forgot to press my stopwatch so I tell how long I've ran. I then speed walked. I saw a friend so I walked with her for a long while. Was supposed to go home and do kenpo I remembered my sister had started complaining before I left, so I decided to stay out. I stayed moving for about 1 1/2 hour.

WEEK 7 DAY 7

I slept in. I went to a kid's birthday party and there was an inflatable bouncer there. Played in it for about 30 mins, I think.

Yups. Actually, I played for an hour in there, but there were times when I had to sit down and rest until the kids made me chase them again. I was Bowser.

We're used to the heat. Besides, I jog early in the morning, like 6:30AM or so. I used to jog around 6 when I could wake up at 5:30. It's still joggable even by 7AM. Hmm...this morning was like 80 degrees, not bad at all. I sometimes see people jogging in the afternoon. Now, that's crazy.

80 degrees at 7 AM might be generous. My digital thermometer usually says about 80 when I get up at 5:30...

WEEK 8 DAY 4

Jogged 25 mins and did yoga.

That one day that I looked, it was about 80 degrees at 6:30AM when I left my place. Don't know exactly what the temperature would be at 7AM. Dang woman, you wake up at 5:30? What time you go to bed? Thought I was good for waking at up 6:00, but now I feel like a slacker.

Only when I have to. Minifobette has been waking up at 6:00 recently, and with Anatomy class starting at 8, I had to make sure to take a shower before she woke up or I wouldn't get one. Now I'm down to only afternoon classes, so I shower after the kids are out the door.

I don't go to bed nearly as early as I should, and it's been taking its toll.
