I like this.

glatt  Monday Jun 13 09:20 PM

yeah. it's cool.

classicman  Monday Jun 13 10:14 PM

I think its kind of a neat idea if you are maybe beginning and don't want to start with a blank canvas ... I can see this being really cool.

I like the idea very much, and the first two are super cool. The third one just plain sucks.

In the third one, he signed his name above the original artist with an "&" ...
I thought that part was pretty cool.

CaliforniaMama  Tuesday Jun 14 09:08 AM

I like the second one best. It blends in perfectly and makes a pleasant painting. I think the artist is very talented in his use of color.

BigV  Tuesday Jun 14 03:46 PM

I'd buy one of these.

I'd also like to try it myself, says my inner-diy-er.

I like #3 better than #1, but yes, the technique on Nessie is worlds beyond the other two.

Maybe if I ever decide that I need to learn One-Stroke Painting from Donna Dewberry I'll give something like that a try.

I can barely produce a recognizable stick figure.
