coolcat Monday Jun 20 10:12 PMJune 20, 2011: Chihuahua Puppies Born Without Front Legs Get Wheels.

Six-month old Chihuahua puppies, from left, Echo, Ellie and Gulliver stand together at the MSPCA in Methuen, Mass. Wednesday, June 15, 2011. The already adopted puppies, born without front legs, were fitted with wheels made by Eddie's Wheels of Shelburne, Mass. and are training to walk and run with them. The carts feature off-road wheels angled for enhanced stability and maneuverability.
They were dropped off at the MSPCA in February after their owner died. Each was adopted by individual families soon after The Eagle-Tribune wrote about their inspiring story.

I hope they can be switched out for slicks when they drag race. And they better have cool spinning rims!

Well the dogs are kind of PUNy.
CaliforniaMama Tuesday Jun 21 10:35 AMGood thing it wasn't their back legs. It would be pretty tough raising a tire to water a tree!
infinite monkey Tuesday Jun 21 10:37 AMHahahhaa CalMa!
Does anyone else worry that this will be the next 'designer dog' fad? They'll fit into purses so much more easily. You could probably keep one in your wallet if they keep getting smaller and losing limbs.
Nirvana Tuesday Jun 21 03:38 PMThat's what happens when you feed Pedigree Thalidomide!
