Sorry the post is a bit late today.

My god-daughter was born last night and this morning we learned that her GBS+ mom didn't have enough antibiotics, and there are concerns that the baby might have been infected.

We've been a bit occupied this morning . . .

orthodoc  Sunday Nov 13 04:43 PM

Sending good wishes for baby and mom ... hopefully antibiotics will prevail.

BigV  Monday Nov 14 06:47 PM

Best wishes for your godbaby, maybe Lady of Grace can help too.

CaliforniaMama  Tuesday Nov 15 09:29 AM

First Picture

Her middle name is Grace. She seems to be doing fine.

glatt  Tuesday Nov 15 09:32 AM

Grace is an excellent middle name.

But not like Gadzork..

ZenGum  Wednesday Nov 16 07:18 PM

For an "Our Lady of Grace", the woman in that mural looks pretty sensual. Kinda hot, in fact.

SPUCK  Thursday Nov 17 06:25 AM

I think her face is, well, umm

Griff  Thursday Nov 17 06:37 AM

I'm glad she's doing well!

I've heard the birth process can be traumatic.

Lovely little baby there! Hope she continues to do well.

and thanks, again, for doing this, CaliMama. I really appreciate all your efforts.

CaliforniaMama  Thursday Nov 17 10:51 AM

Baby saw the doctor yesterday and she is doing very well. We just have to hold our breath until Day 8. If she is symptom free then, she is free and clear.

About the mural, I agree it isn't the prettiest of faces. I wonder who they used for a model?

They modeled their art on the work of Alphonse Mucha who also doesn't use the prettiest of faces.

Sundae  Thursday Nov 17 12:15 PM

But you can see her nips. That counts for a lot.
