Yellowstone, that's it, just Yellowstone. National Park, Montana/Wyoming/Idaho, and USA are superfluous. Everyone knows what you're talking about.

In the 50s, bears and people coexisted more or less, unless somebody runs over that cub.

I went looking for the night of the grizzlies but that was at Glacier. It looks like the total body count at Yellowstone is 8, not counting pre-Park days. Remarkable restraint by the bears I'd say.
