Undertoad Friday Sep 23 09:44 AM9/23/2005: Differently nursing

No further information is available on this item, even what the different young 'un is (deer? warthog?) or where it came from, but "different nursing" is another IotD regular feature that for some reason I can't resist. One wonders whether this beast is going to get the exact nutrition that it needs, and whether momma is going to put up with for the long haul - but any port in a storm I guess. I remain a big cow milk drinker myself. Happy Friday!
busterb Friday Sep 23 11:02 AMHumm! It's some kind of pig. Look at the foot and head. Years ago I saw a dog nurse a baby otter.
xoxoxoBruce Friday Sep 23 06:57 PMDamn....look at all those suckers.
A couple months back a friend rescued a kitten and her MinPin (dog) nursed it along with the puppies.
Another sign of the apocalypse?
busterb Friday Sep 23 07:14 PMOld folks crap? If a sow has more pigs than nipples some will die, because they only suck from the same nipple. Once they stake a claim, left out? tuff
Sweets Saturday Sep 24 08:33 PMIt's... a wild pig
Chalk one up for the Sweetster!
