Can't you go out on a date with each of them? Even just a meet and greet coffee date is a good start. Make it a bit before a meal time, and then if it's going well, you can suggest a meal, or say you've got plans and have to go if it's not good.

I really think you should choose who you go out with Sarge. It was kind of new to me, but she once explained to me that there's some set of rules where you go out on a "pre-date", something like meeting for coffee and probably only lasts a half-hour or so, and you inform anyone that you've ever met that you'll be there at that time and have some set of code words to call your friends and let them know you're still safe and....

I met my ex-wife on yahoo personals that was a first i had never done the online deal. But most of the people on there turned out to be what they looked like but not what they said they were. She turned out to be a different person after we got married i think she was just looking for someone to marry specially since i was acitve military at the time she just loved the benifits and all that. But i would suggest doing it all in person but i guess since your out in the desert thats tough.
