I have a 1962 14' fiberglass boat for sale. The 1972 40 hp Johnson outboard motor runs, but the lower unit needs $800-$1,000 work on it. The fiberglass of the boat is all crackly. If you want a project to restore, or if you have a motor, and want a real cheap boat, and you just want to have fun, and not worry about the kids getting mud on the seats, etc., this is for you. Also the trailer's axle is bent, and it goes through tires like crazy, so you would have to fix that, unless you live close to the water. I live 35 miles from where I launch, and get 5 or 6 round trips out of a set. You can start the bidding at $101.00

Well folks I have come to a decision, tomorrow I am going to confront the person responsible for the damage to my cars, and tell them that have until 5PM to give me $5,000.00 to pay for my losses or I will go to the Police. When I told my X-boss that we were moving both my new truck and my car quit, and I found evidence of pulverized lime stone in the master cylinder of my car, and the transmission of my truck. this is already in the possession of the Police. The cops would like this matter to go away.

Suggestion? Write a letter of demand. Guidelines here. If it prompts a response, great. If it ends up in court, the judge likes to see that you made a legal, nonconfrontational attempt to collect, and will look favorably upon that.
Oh, and send the letter certified, for proof it was received.

My income all $712.00 a month is tax free. That is a wonderful idea and if they don't sell by the end of next week I will do just that. Rite now I am desperate for money. My bank account is over drawn by $80.00 after paying the bills, I do have $10.00 in my pocket so we will not starve. Keryx does not make enough to take any deduction worth while. I have given up trying to collect this money. Jerk boy came by to show me his new motorcycle and tell me I need to buy one when I told him that he Owes me $70.00 from last month he told me he could not pay me because he just bought a new bike. Technically it could be considered blackmail- "give me money or I will expose your criminal act". I think the idea is that if there's an actual crime, you should call the cops no matter what. Cops might be happy if you spare them the work, but cops don't write the laws. And the guy sounds like a vindictive asshole, so it would be best not to leave him an opening.
