Upgrade done

The upgrade is done. New features in your Cellar include

- Thread tagging. Here's a way to note threads for future reference, for example, if there were several threads about safaris you could tag them all "safari". You can search by tag. Easily get back to what you want to get back to.

- As labby says, more Facebooky features under the community drop-down menu item. There's a Profile Privacy menu item under the control panel now, where you can specify who gets to see what. The default is that everyone gets to see, so if you don't want that, change before uploading any pictures or diving out any details.

The Calendar, which I thought would be fixed, still does not show 2009. It's on my list.

Cool. Thanks, UT.

The album feature is interesting. I made one just to try it, but I'm not sure what to do with it.

I was tempted to start an open public group called "the cool dwellars" as a joke, but then got all self-conscious.

I am so not sure what to do with contacts/friends and wonder how stealthily I'll be able to stalk the mens now.

Oh, cool. I see lumberjim started a group. Inside the group, I clicked on his name to see what it would show me. It took me to his profile, which now says that I'm the last person to view his profile. No more stalking people anonymously.

I'm seeing tags I did not put up, so I assume they're all public.

If the "tag cloud" includes everyone's tags, it will be jammed full of tags and won't be so useful. If I have to skim through 100 tags to find the one I want, that's not so helpful. Not that I even know what I'd be doing with tags anyway.

Every time I see this thread title I think of the movie "Idiocracy" and of the prostitute in the movie saying, "up-grayed".........ok sorry....moving on.
