Teen Pepper Sprayed After Tantrum over Cell Phone
The only real surprise for me was the location.
Not what I'd expect of an Asian teen. In Asia, anyway. American kids pull this crap all the time. I've dealt with more than a few commitments that started with an objection over what we used to call "being grounded" and is now called "limit setting."
