Hello,

I am thinking about purchasing XBOX Live for use with the Halo 2 videogame. The sales associate at Best Buy told me that the game comes with a 2month free trial code I can input into the XBOX, to see if I like XBOX Live. However, my game did not come with a code. If anyone has a spare one that they do not want, please send it to me. I would be willing to send you something in return, like a Gmail invite, or do something like setup a nice website layout for you.

No, I seriously did not get one in the package. The guy at Best Buy gave the same impression as you.

edit: remember after the two free months is up you have to cancel your subscription immediately if you don't want to be automatically charged for a full year. Just like a magazine subscription, they will keep billing the credit card until you directly tell them to stop.

Or alternatively, you can try http://www.xbconnect.com/. Free service, never tried it.
