Krod Mandoon...
....and The Flaming Sword of Fire.
If anyone hasn't seen this yet, please watch, But be warned it is liable to make you laugh your tits off. @Bri, since you're a bit of a Pagan wench, I think you might appreciate the Anneka character. [eta] I didn't realise that the version which aired in the States had a different narrator. Shame...you won't get to hear Michael Gambon in all his glory. I now want to know what the American narrator sounds like! [eta] ok. The American narrator is pretty good actually. Still prefer the English one though... Anyway here's a clip from the opening show: (the American version)

Yup. A joint effort by Comedy Central and BBC. It aired in the States first (in May I think), and started last week over here. Slightly different because BBC has no adverts so the programme's slightly longer, There were a couple of scenes cut out of that intro on Comedy central Also different narrator. Other than that it's the same. They showed eps 1 and 2 as a single introduction and after that it's half hour shows.

yeah, Dana, I have seen this - enjoyed it very much. I think they need to take it further, though. Really, really do it up. I'd like to see Charlie Sheen as the lead - he was so good in those Hot Shots movies.

Mighty silly, decidedly -- hmm, lowbrow; not no-brow. Gamer-esque humor like a very funny session of Dungeons & Dragons. Oh, and absolutely everybody's a flamer of one description or another.
